Relating to limitations on security; declaring an emergency.

Abstract

Abolishes Oregon State Police Dignitary Protection Unit. Prohibits state offices or employees from providing personal security and safety services to Governor. Permits law enforcement to respond to specific incidents involving Governor. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
